My Project is an online project management system. It allows me to do many things to improve project work flow. Some of its capabilities include tracking milestones, managing tasks/checklists, uploading files and images, writing content and keeping track of revisions. It has a built in calendar and other visual elements that make is easy to check the status of your project at any given moment.
Another important aspect of My Project is the ability to easily communicate and provide feedback to everyone involved on the website design. There are discussion groups, email updates and commenting allowed for all parts of a project.
So what does this mean to you? It means that you can log on at anytime to find out how the project is coming along. Want to know if the project is on schedule? No problem, log in and the first page displays the progress for each major milestone, including how many days until completion. Not only does it allow you to know what is going on at any given point but it allows you to make comments, provide feedback, even submit tickets when you notice something that needs to be changed.
